Once you or your mechanic has removed the old unit from your vehicle engine, simply place the item in a sealed bag, pack it carefully in a box and send to our Southampton address with a copy of your invoice or Unique PBA Reference number. Please make sure that the old unit is well padded to avoid damage in transit. You can even use the packaging from the reconditioned fuel pump or injector we send you! We strongly advise you send your old unit by recorded delivery.What if I don't send in my old unit?
If you don't send in your old pump or injector, or send it 30 days after the purchase of the reconditioned unit, the surcharge option will be cancelled and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.PLEASE NOTE;
- 1. All diesel fuel pumps must be returned to us within 30 days of invoice / receipt date.
- 2. All diesel fuel pumps returned must be like for like and in a serviceable condition (i.e. unit must be complete with all parts attached and no physical damage to the injector or pup).
- 3. The old unit must be drained of fuel and placed in a secure plastic bag and may be repacked in the box in which your new unit arrived.
In the unlikely circumstance there is a problem with your purchase, customers should contact us on 02380333139 quoting their unique reference number located on the invoice sent with the goods. We will then arrange for faulty items to be collected and tested / replaced. All our diesel products come with a 12 month warranty.
